Supporting one of Sweden's most progressive social enterprise Startups. Working in collaboration with a driven team of, a Product Owner, a Design Principle, CTO, and group of engineers, and most of all with Humans who regularly use the product. To bring seamless solutions to a product that is leading the way in rescuing food waste in Sweden. The role demands knowledge in facilitating workshops, leading UX research, and taking ownership of the road map elements that need problem-solving through design thinking, the creation of product prototypes and demos.
The project below is a mockup of a scanning function within the Karma for Business App. A feature that allowed supermarkets to increase the ease of use when adding items to their inventory. The project was a collaborative solution created by the product owner, two full-stack developers, and myself, Guided by the strategic intelligence of Karma's business strategist and data scientists. App features that facilitated the reduction of food waste in cities.
Working using the agile methodology we created several MVP solutions for ideas that would make food waste history. Here are some of my favorites, dynamic pricing a solution to help food vendors give competitive prices for their items, innovative statistics methods like heat mapping to highlight areas of activity at any given time, Smart uploading to facilitate the ease of uploading large inventories on our digital platform.
