Working as a shared design resource part of a design team of two, I worked in cross-functional teams consisting of one PM, 2-3 frontend engineers and 4 backend engineers.
Timeline
The process of building the high fidelity mockups for any given project took approximately two months. The development phase itself spanned two months. I was involved in the implementation of 3 large features while working at &Frankly.

Timeline
The process of building the high fidelity mockups for any given project took approximately two months. The development phase itself spanned two months. I was involved in the implementation of 3 large features while working at &Frankly.
While working at &Frankly as a product designer I contributed to its growth by creating user experiences and improving design processes. Co-creating with a team of front-end engineers, a product owner and of course &Frankly's stakeholders. The aim was to realise the ambitious product roadmap using user insights from various testing methodologies, workshopping, sprinting and pathfinding, creating low/high fidelity prototypes and most of all iterating until an MVP becomes a proof of concept.
Below you can find a few UX/UI projects where I collaborated with their talented team of engineers, product owners, customer success managers, sales representatives and last but not least &frankly users. Where I created some much needed updates to the UX/Ui of their employee survey App and HR manager desktop experience.
